Plot-In every plot there is a conflict. Internal conflicts happens within the mind of a character, such as when Macbeth
is agonizing over whether or not to kill Duncan. External conflicts happen when a character battles against another
person or force, such as the conflict between Macbeth and Macduff.
Character-One of the most important parts of literature and Macbeth is a great masterpiece
of characterization. For example Macbeth is a tragic hero but is being destroyed by a tragic flaw.

Setting-Is the place and time in which the events occured. The setting of Macbeth
is in Scotland.
Atmosphere-Is
the surroundings of which the scene is circled around. In Macbeth the atmosphere is very darkened and doom.

Diction-This term has two meanings. It can mean the pronunciation of words by actors, or it can mean the writer's
choice of words, which the actors say. In Macbeth King Duncan uses language suitable for the king.
Imagery-Usually
visual but can bring forth responses from any of the senses. A image used in Macbeth was, "of the earth shaking
in fever".
